About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Account Manager to oversee inventory audits and client relations for our bar and restaurant partners. This is a client-facing role that involves conducting hands-on inventory counts, data entry, report generation, and client support. Candidates would need to be available weekday mornings between 6am-2pm.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site audits of beer, liquor, wine, and food inventory at client locations
Enter sales, invoices, and inventory data into our proprietary software
Analyze and proof inventory results for accuracy and completeness
Generate and send detailed inventory reports to clients
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding questions, feedback, and issue resolution
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients. Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for operational improvement for clients

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Confident and professional communicator
Comfortable working independently and on-site at client businesses
Experience in hospitality, accounting, or inventory control is a plus
Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and data entry software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
