Estamos buscando um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Java Sênior com experiência em Inteligência Artificial aplicada ao desenvolvimento de software para atuar em um projeto internacional no setor financeiro.

A posição envolve atuação em aplicações legadas e ambientes monolíticos, com foco em análise e evolução de código, redução de dívida técnica, qualidade e segurança, além da utilização de ferramentas de IA para apoiar atividades de desenvolvimento, análise, refatoração e documentação.

Principais responsabilidades

Desenvolver, analisar e evoluir aplicações utilizando Java e J2EE;
Atuar na análise e manutenção de sistemas legados e aplicações monolíticas;
Analisar aplicações Java/Spring Boot visando qualidade, escalabilidade e manutenibilidade;
Utilizar ferramentas de IA, como GitHub Copilot e Devin, no desenvolvimento, análise, refatoração e documentação de código;
Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e atuar na redução de dívida técnica;
Apoiar iniciativas relacionadas à qualidade e segurança de código utilizando Fortify e SonarQube;
Trabalhar com bancos de dados Oracle e tecnologias como JDBC, PL/SQL e SQL*Loader;
Participar de processos de CI/CD, versionamento com Git e práticas DevOps;
Documentar soluções e atividades utilizando ferramentas como JIRA, Confluence e ALM;
Colaborar com diferentes times técnicos na identificação de gargalos e implementação de melhorias.

Requisitos obrigatórios

Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de software;
Experiência sólida com Java, J2EE e JDBC;
Experiência com sistemas legados e aplicações monolíticas;
Experiência/conhecimento em ACERO;
Experiência prática com ferramentas de IA aplicadas ao desenvolvimento, incluindo GitHub Copilot e Devin;
Experiência com qualidade de código e redução de dívida técnica;
Experiência com JavaScript, Maven, HTML/JSP e WebSphere;
Conhecimentos em Oracle, PL/SQL e SQL*Loader;
Experiência com Git, pipelines CI/CD e práticas DevOps;
Experiência com ferramentas de qualidade e segurança de código, como Fortify e SonarQube;
Espanhol para conversação — obrigatório;
Inglês para conversação — obrigatório;
Disponibilidade para possível mudança futura para Portugal ou Espanha.
