Job Description:

Directly oversee 12-14 store locations
Staff, train, and supervise Store Leaders
Implement merchandising programs
Control cash and inventory
Motivate employees and build teams
Promote excellent customer service
Manage profit and loss, including budget planning, maximizing sales, and controlling expenses
Set performance goals and objectives
Monitor results with upper management

Requirements:

A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees
A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence
Maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment
Ability to multi-task
Self-motivated
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Previous multi-unit management experience is preferred
Ability to work as a multi-unit operations manager
