With industry-leading safety standards and years of proven deployment data, we're pioneering a new era of automation that enhances human potential. You will own our university recruiting strategy and campus program experience end-to-end. This isn't just a seasonal recruiting job—you will drive a continuous, year-round pipeline targeting early-career talent across multiple sites. Your mission is twofold: recruit exceptional campus talent across various teams and create an energized, seamless environment so top students choose Agility for their full-time careers.
