Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to understand their social, emotional, and environmental challenges, employing various methodologies including interviews and standardized assessment tools.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored service plans that encompass specific goals, interventions, and structured progress monitoring to foster personal growth.
- Provide individual and family counseling sessions aimed at addressing mental health concerns, assisting clients in navigating life's challenges through evidence-based therapeutic practices.
- Implement crisis interventions, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to ensure the immediate safety and mental well-being of clients during critical incidents.
- Build working relationships with community organizations to coordinate supportive services, advocating on behalf of clients to facilitate access to necessary resources.
- Engage actively in community outreach initiatives designed to raise awareness about social issues and promote the services offered by the Foster Future Foundation.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and case conferences to share insights, discuss client progress, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
- Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
