Key Responsibilities

Maintain customer satisfaction through expert problem-solving and empathetic communication.
Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
Stay up to date with the latest products, services, and promotions across Disneys platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications
