Samuel Payne is hiring a part-time Entry-Level Live Chat Support Agent in New York City, New York. Earn $25 per hour while helping customers get prompt, informative support and a smooth online experience. This is an on-site role, not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through live chat with clear, timely information.
Resolve customer issues using sound problem-solving and attention to detail.
Handle multiple chats while maintaining high service standards.
Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with teammates, share customer feedback, and contribute ideas to improve service processes.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
