Framer designer needed: one-page landing page with waitlist for a new recruiting software startup

I'm launching Harbor, a candidate-friendly applicant tracking system for small staffing agencies. I need an experienced Framer designer to build a polished one-page landing page with a waitlist and connect it to my domain, withharbor.io (hosted on Ionos).

I have a draft brief with the copy, color palette, and type choices. I need someone to turn it into a clean, fast, mobile-friendly Framer site.

Scope

1. Build a single page with up to ten sections in Framer,.

2. Apply my brand (logo, colors)

3. Set up a waitlist form with four fields, sending signups to Google Sheets and an email notification

4. Make the layout work well on desktop, tablet and phone

5. Set page title, description and social preview image

6. Publish the site and connect withharbor.io (DNS is at IONOS; I can give you access or you can walk me through it)

7. Finish with a short walkthrough so I can edit the text myself

I will provide:

1. The brief, including copy and proposed layout (open to suggestions)

2. Logo and product screenshots

3. Quick feedback within one business day

You should have

1. A portfolio of live Framer sites, ideally for SaaS or startups

2. Experience with Framer forms, responsive breakpoints and custom domains

3. Good taste with spacing and typography

Timeline: willing to discuss. Looking for a first draft by Saturday (9/26).
