Duties

• Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue across corporate, group, and leisure segments.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team success.
• Utilize advanced sales management systems such as Salesforce Cloud and CRM platforms to track leads, analyze sales data, and generate insightful reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients while ensuring alignment with hotel policies and revenue targets.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Experience

• Extensive management experience in B2B sales within the hospitality or corporate services sector.
• Proven success in outside sales, enterprise selling, and managing large-scale accounts in a competitive environment.
• Strong technical sales experience with SaaS products or technology solutions relevant to the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce CRM, Sales analytics & reporting tools, and sales management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead sales strategy development teams, manage complex negotiations, and achieve or exceed ambitious sales goals.
• Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence, client relationship building, and negotiation expertise.
• Leadership experience managing executive-level teams, developing team members’ skills, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
