Key Responsibilities
- Handle emergency outages and critical incidents for the client’s customer base during the 10:00 pm – 6:00 am shift.
- Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Document all interactions in the client’s ticketing system, ensuring compliance with SLA requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams while maintaining clear communication with customers.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, billing) to resolve incidents and improve service quality.
- Participate in daily stand‑ups and post‑shift debriefs to share insights and best practices.
