The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to develop and grow an expanding customer base across North America.

This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused professional who enjoys combining account management, customer engagement, and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for building long-term partnerships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and identifying opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop strategic customer accounts across the North American market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and commercial partners.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to order completion and ongoing account support.

Identify new business opportunities and maximise growth within existing accounts.

Act as the primary point of contact for key customers and stakeholders.

Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular account reviews and provide commercial updates, market intelligence, and sales forecasts.

Represent the business at customer meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and industry trade shows.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities for growth.

About You

Proven experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.

Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.

Experience managing international customer accounts is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Commercially astute, highly organised, and results-oriented.

Ability to develop long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for account growth.

Strong planning, forecasting, and account management skills.

Experience working with premium brands, manufacturing, design-led products, or international markets would be advantageous.
