L&D Logistics LLC is seeking an established last-mile delivery subcontractor/company with an existing team of at least 10 active drivers to support our growing delivery operation in the Houston market.

THIS IS NOT AN INDIVIDUAL DRIVER POSITION.

We are specifically looking for a company, fleet owner, DSP, or delivery contractor that already manages 10+ drivers and has the management structure necessary to operate routes independently.

Service Area

Routes are primarily located throughout Southwest Houston and surrounding areas, including:

Houston
Katy
Memorial
Missouri City
Fresno
Rosharon
Manvel
Alvin
Surrounding Southwest Houston areas

What We’re Looking For

The ideal subcontractor should have:

10+ active delivery drivers ready to deploy
Existing management or dispatch capabilities
Experience with last-mile/package delivery
Ability to operate 7 days per week
Reliable vehicles and drivers
Ability to handle high package volume
Strong attendance and driver accountability
Ability to manage route assignments and daily driver coverage
Experience with delivery apps, scanning, routing and GPS
Ability to meet delivery performance requirements
Proper proof-of-delivery (POD) procedures
Ability to quickly replace drivers in the event of call-offs, breakdowns or other coverage issues
Professional communication with our management/dispatch team

Daily Operations

Our operation handles high-volume residential last-mile deliveries.

Individual routes may average approximately 100–200+ stops per driver per day, depending on daily volume, route density and service area.

Subcontractors must have the capacity to consistently cover assigned volume and maintain sufficient staffing.

Subcontractor Responsibilities

Your company will be responsible for:

Managing your own drivers
Maintaining adequate daily staffing
Driver scheduling and attendance
Ensuring drivers have reliable transportation
Training and supervising your team
Ensuring packages are properly scanned and delivered
Maintaining accurate PODs
Managing rescues and route coverage when necessary
Ensuring undeliverable packages are properly returned
Meeting required delivery and service-performance standards
Communicating daily with VERUM GLOBAL LLC management

Requirements

Applicants should be an established business entity and be prepared to provide applicable business documentation.

Preferred qualifications include:

LLC, corporation or other established business entity
EIN
W-9
Business bank account
Existing driver roster
Previous last-mile delivery experience
Ability to provide references or proof of previous delivery contracts

Final insurance, compliance and contractual requirements will be discussed before onboarding.

Fleet Requirement

Minimum: 10 active drivers

Companies capable of providing 15, 20, 30+ drivers are strongly encouraged to apply.

We are looking for an established partner that can grow with our operation as additional routes and volume become available.

Compensation

Contract-based compensation.

Rates, available volume, route structure and payment terms will be discussed directly with qualified subcontractors based on fleet capacity and operational capabilities.

This is a B2B subcontracting opportunity, not a W-2 employment position.
