Utilize expertise in data analytics to drive data-driven decision making. Lead a team of data analysts to ensure accuracy and integrity of data. Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes for master data sets. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements. Design and implement data visualization tools and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
