What you'll do

Docusign is growing fast and we are looking for people to join our high performance team who are excited to make a difference and help out wherever needed. The Demo Engineer works alongside the GTM Organization to understand complex customer business problems, best practices to create self-service experiences leveraging Docusign's platform. This role seeks to illustrate the value and benefits of Docusign's offering via an engaging story.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, IAM Solutions.

Responsibility

• Own end-to-end asset readiness for new and existing product capabilities, including environments, integrations, synthetic data, reliability checks, and fallback paths
• Build compelling prototypes using LLM agents, and reference flows that make complex capabilities tangible and connect them to clear customer outcomes

Job Designation

Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

What you bring

Basic

• Experience with multiple enterprise software (like Slack, Salesforce, Gong, Glean), and visualization tools (like Looker, Tableau) and inter-operability with Al
• Experience following a structured design process while working with a multi-person team or self-directed as needed
• Experience maintaining deliverables, creating technical environments as needed, create innovative tools to manage deliverable libraries
• Experience with cross-functional communications with Product Management, Product Marketing, Solution Consulting and Services Team
• Experience with the core Docusign platform, including all current and future features
• 8+ years prior experience within a pre-sales demo engineering environment
• BS/BA degree in Comp Sci with a heavy emphasis on Al tools or related, or equivalent in relevant work experience

Preferred

• Proficient in delivering software demonstrations in-person and virtually
• Experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWS, RFPs and RFIs, etc
• Proven experience working with employees at all levels of an organization
• Familiarity with Enterprise-class software systems like ERP, CRM, and ECM systems
• Al Innovation Skills: multi-agent solution design, skills building, multi-step workflow, handling API's/ integrations/MCP, testing and validation, etc. all working with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Windsurf
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel as requested, not more than 20%
• Creative skills and technical curiosity to explore new technologies and improve deliverables and the creation method
• Never settle for status quo and continuously pushes boundaries to improve deliverables and practices

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

Washington: $135,100.00 - $195,925.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

• Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
• Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
