  • Resolve password, MFA, email, and user-access issues
  • Troubleshoot software and business application problems

  • Complete common mailbox, group, licensing, and access changes
  • Use remote monitoring, management, documentation, and AI-assisted support tools
  • Maintain accurate ticket notes, classifications, and time entries
  • Escalate complex issues with clear troubleshooting details so senior engineers can continue without repeating work

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of help desk, desktop support, MSP, or similar IT support experience preferred
  • Foundational knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPNs
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable speaking with end users by phone and remote-support tools
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to follow documented procedures and escalation processes

  • Microsoft Intune
  • Autotask PSA
  • NinjaOne or another RMM platform

  • Provides a professional and helpful client experience
  • Knows when to troubleshoot and when to escalate

  • Uses available documentation and automation before starting from scratch
  • Takes ownership of assigned tickets through resolution or proper escalation
  • Continues developing technical skills

Benefits

  • Company-paid HMO health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Paid sick leave
  • Paid holidays
  • Paid personal day during your birthday month
  • Training and professional development opportunities

Common Interview Questions And Answers

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
