If you love connecting the dots, raising the bar, and helping build a modern marketing engine from the inside, we want to hear from you.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>This role is responsible for executing the digital marketing strategy across a portfolio of seven brands (starting with TSH, SG, Nor, CB, CL), driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, audience engagement and measurable business growth. Reporting to the VP of National Marketing and working closely with the Director of Digital Experience, this position translates strategic direction into actionable campaigns and initiatives. Focus will be hands-on execution of market-facing digital programs, demand generation tactics, search visibility improvements and performance marketing outcomes.<br><br>This position serves as the primary liaison with external digital agency/agencies, ensuring consistent execution of enterprise-wide initiatives across SEO, AEO, local search, google/Meta, digital reputation, third party sites optimization, customer segmentation, content deployment, competitive monitoring and integrated brand campaigns. Works collaboratively with the Director of Digital Experience to ensure digital marketing initiatives are effectively translated into customer engagement, lead generation and revenue growth.<br><br>Critical to the role is the ability to leverage data and analytics to track campaign performance, monitor channel effectiveness and report on audience insights. They will implement segmentation strategies defined by leadership, execute against target audience plans, track campaign effectiveness and maintain dashboards that provide leadership with clear visibility into marketing performance, lead quality, conversion trends, digital ROI, brand health and growth opportunities.<br><br>This is a hands-on digital marketing professional with expertise in multi-brand digital marketing execution, SEO/AEO implementation, audience targeting tactics, and performance reporting. Strong ability to manage agency relationships, ensure quality deliverables, meet deadlines and translate strategic direction into measurable results that increase market share and strengthen the company's digital presence across all customer-facing channels.<br><br>This role supports the management and execution of the digital marketing budget as directed by leadership. This includes monitoring spend against approved budgets, coordinating with agencies on media allocation, tracking vendor invoices and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Budget tracking, maximizing marketing efficiencies and ensuring agency resources are delivering measurable ROI.<br><br><strong>Search and Digital Visibility<br><br></strong><ul><li> Execute enterprise SEO, local search optimization, AEO, online reputation management and digital discovery initiatives as directed by the Director of Digital Experience </li><li> Manage agency execution of visibility and performance campaigns across Google, AI-powered search experiences, Zillow, R.com and other relevant customer acquisition and real estate agent channels </li><li> Monitor competitive positioning and report findings to leadership; coordinate with agencies to implement approved strategies to improve digital market presence <br><br></li></ul><strong>Performance Tracking and Reporting<br><br></strong><ul><li> Implement KPI frameworks and measurement standards across all brands and digital marketing channels as established by leadership </li><li> Maintain and update dashboards and performance scorecards that provide visibility into marketing effectiveness, lead quality, conversion metrics, ROI and business impact </li><li> Compile and present performance data with actionable insights and recommendations for leadership review </li><li> Foster a culture of accountability and continuous optimization through consistent performance monitoring and reporting <br><br></li></ul><strong>Agency Leadership and Coordination<br><br></strong><ul><li> Serve as the primary point of contact for digital agency partners (goal is to engage with 1 partner, ensuring clear communication of priorities, timelines and deliverables aligned with enterprise objectives with a focus on high-quality leads </li><li> Manage day-to-day agency relationships, including scope of work development, project timelines, quality assurance and performance accountability </li><li> Monitor agency deliverables against approved strategies and escalate issues or opportunities to the VP of National Marketing and Director of Digital Experience <br><br></li></ul><strong>Divisional Coordination<br><br></strong><ul><li> Coordinate with divisional marketing teams to understand execution needs and ensure agency deliverables meet division-specific requirements </li><li> Partner with divisional teams to gather campaign requirements and translate them into agency briefs and project plans with clear deliverables </li><li> Provide regular status updates to divisional stakeholders on campaign progress, performance metrics and upcoming initiatives </li><li> Collaborate with sales, operations, customer experience, digital experience and brand teams to ensure seamless execution of customer-facing initiatives <br><br></li></ul><strong>Multi-Brand Campaign Execution<br><br></strong><ul><li> Execute integrated marketing campaigns across seven distinct brands while maintaining brand differentiation and market relevance as directed by leadership </li><li> Coordinate agency execution of audience growth, customer engagement, lead generation and market share initiatives through consistent campaign management </li><li> Ensure consistent messaging, positioning and campaign quality across all digital channels through rigorous review and approval processes <br><br></li></ul><strong>Budget Tracking and Vendor Management<br><br></strong><ul><li> Track and monitor the digital marketing budget across all brands as directed by leadership.
