Responsibilities

Build models to depict the client experience, including responsibility and upkeep guesses and valuation models.
Convey genuine datasets, tools, and reports to key stakeholders and partners.
Identify and pursue research with substantial business impact, and build compelling cases for prioritization and resources.
Apply advanced machine‐learning and data‐science strategies to business problems at the intersection of product and data science.
Proactively perform data analysis on response pathways to act on future opportunities.
Collaborate with cross‐disciplinary teams from product, planning, engineering, design, and customer research to build and communicate scaleable models.
Demonstrate the ability to drive product change across multiple stakeholder groups.
Effectively communicate the Netflix values and contribute to the company culture while explaining insights clearly and in real time across senior leadership.

Qualifications

2+ years of significant experience with real-world data‐science and experimentation using web‐scale data.
Experience building production‐grade machine‐learning models with clear business impact.
Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Python or R.
Postgraduate training in Statistics, Probability, Applied Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
