Key Responsibilities
As the Night Shift Data Entry Lead, you will be the backbone of workpinnacle’s overnight operations. Your role ensures that every transaction, inventory adjustment, and customer interaction is accurately captured, securely processed, and ready for the next day’s business. Core duties include:
Store Opening & Closing Oversight:
Securely open and close assigned stores, manage cash handling procedures, and verify that all systems are operational before the day shift begins.
Data Entry & Transaction Management:
Process sales registers, handle voids, refunds, and discounts, and ensure that every monetary movement is recorded with zero error.
Customer Experience Stewardship:
Provide a warm, helpful presence for night‑time customers and pharmacy patrons, resolve inquiries, and model best‑practice service standards for the entire team.
Inventory Control:
Conduct nightly stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records for both the sales floor and back‑room inventory.
Compliance & Safety:
Enforce workpinnacle’s safety protocols, ensure adherence to state and local regulations for controlled substances, alcohol, and tobacco, and complete all required documentation.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
