Outside Sales Representative – Luxury Buildings & Hotels

LUFTEN is looking for a highly motivated, persistent Outside Sales Representative to build a territory and develop a long-term book of business.

We specialize in unique building services for luxury high-rise residential properties, hotels, healthcare facilities, and commercial buildings. Our solutions include ejector pit treatment, odor control, water/waste treatment, trash-room and compactor solutions, and other specialty services.

What You’ll Do

This is a true boots-on-the-ground outside sales position.

You will:

* Go building to building every day

* Visit luxury high-rises, hotels, and commercial properties

* Meet property managers, resident managers, chief engineers, supers, and facility directors

* Work professionally through gatekeepers to reach decision-makers

* Introduce LUFTEN and identify problems we can solve

* Schedule free trials and property evaluations

* Follow up relentlessly and consistently

* Develop relationships with property management and engineering teams

* Build your own book of recurring customers

* Manage your territory independently

Who We Want

We’re looking for a go-getter who doesn’t need someone constantly telling them what to do.

You need to be comfortable walking into buildings where nobody knows you, introducing yourself, hearing “no,” following up, and coming back again.

Persistence is everything in this position.

Some of the buildings that originally wouldn’t give us the time of day eventually became some of our best customers.

That’s how LUFTEN grew: door to door, building to building, relationship by relationship.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Loves outside sales

* Is extremely self-motivated

* Is excellent face-to-face

* Knows how to get through gatekeepers professionally

* Can communicate with building managers and engineers

* Is organized with follow-ups

* Can work independently

* Wants to build a serious long-term book of business

Experience selling to property management, hotels, facilities, HVAC, plumbing, pest control, water treatment, janitorial, building services, or commercial real estate is a major plus.

Pay: $79,875.77 - $96,194.48 per year

Work Location: On the road
