Package Panda LLC is hiring Delivery Drivers!
We are looking for dependable, responsible, and motivated individuals to join our delivery team.
As a Delivery Driver, you will safely and efficiently deliver packages along an assigned route while providing excellent customer service.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team.
We are looking for drivers who are safety-focused, dependable, professional, and willing to support their teammates when needed.
Pay, Benefits & Opportunities
* $25.00 per hour – paid bi-weekly
* Earn Paid Time Off (PTO) starting Day 1

Job Description
* Safely operate a delivery vehicle while following company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations.
* Use a company-provided phone or mobile device for deliveries, navigation, routing, communication, and delivery updates.
* Safely and confidently drive in various weather, road, and traffic conditions.
* Load and unload packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
* Complete assigned delivery routes safely, accurately, and within the expected timeframe.
* Follow delivery instructions and ensure packages are delivered to the correct locations.
* Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition at the end of each shift.
* Promptly communicate with the dispatcher regarding issues involving the vehicle, phone, route, packages, or other delivery-related concerns.
* Perform team rescues and assist other drivers when needed to help complete scheduled deliveries.
* Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful attitude when interacting with customers, coworkers, dispatchers, and members of the public.
* Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
* Must be 21 years of age or older.
* Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
* Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
* Must be available and willing to work weekends.
* Must be able to work a full 8-hour shift.
* Must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
* Must be comfortable driving for extended periods and in various weather and traffic conditions.
* Must be comfortable using a smartphone or mobile device for navigation, communication, and delivery-related tasks.
* Must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and support the delivery team when needed.
* Must maintain a positive and professional attitude.
