Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Parcel Delivery Assistant to join our logistics operations team. In this role, you will be deployed to designated client facility sites every morning to receive, sort, and organize incoming parcels accurately for our delivery drivers.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring all packages are sorted efficiency and ready for dispatch strictly within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

Sorting & Collection: Retrieve and sort daily parcel consignments from the distribution center accurately.
Timely Delivery: Execute delivery routes efficiently to ensure all parcels are delivered safely and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Proof of Delivery: Obtain proper proof of delivery (digital signatures or photo verification) upon completing deliveries.
Customer Interaction: Deliver friendly and professional customer service during drop-offs and address customer inquiries courteously.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling parcel labels and tracking numbers.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and perform under tight morning schedules.
Physical capability to handle manual sorting, standing for extended periods, and lifting packages.
Reliable, punctual, and disciplined with time management.
Prior experience in warehouse operations, parcel sorting, or logistics is an advantage.
