Position Summary You will perform detailed cleaning for residential homes, office spaces, and post-construction sites. You will primarily work independently but will be trained by the owner and occasionally work with him. Key Responsibilities - Clean spaces systematically from top to bottom: dusting, wiping surfaces, trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, etc. - Problem-solve unclean areas using various methods (agitation, dwell time, chemicals, etc.) - Properly care for and maintain cleaning tools, microfibers, and equipment. - Follow safe chemical handling and proper use of equipment. - Represent Kyrios Cleaning with integrity, respect, and a strong work ethic. - Respect client privacy and property at all times. - Inspect your work before leaving to ensure mastery and thoroughness. Growth & Commission Opportunity Earn the equivalent of the first month's contract with any new client you bring in. Qualifications - Quick learner and detail-oriented; trained on the job. - Physical stamina: stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs, including wearing a lightweight backpack vacuum. - Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. - Punctual, honest, and dependable without constant supervision.
