Core Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of the store, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers warmly and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operating the cash register efficiently, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with accuracy.
- Providing product recommendations and upselling items that meet customer needs.

Essential Qualifications
