As a Part-Time Student-Warehouse Health Engineer for JD Parts Distribution Center located in Milan, Illinois, you will:

• Provide engineering support to various warehouse departments, regional distribution centers, operations, and engineering staff.
• Support engineering projects to drive improvements in key business metrics.
• Utilize data tools to analyze key warehouse processes, data, and metrics.
• Design warehouse layouts for optimal material flow and density
• Assist with new system and process integrations

This position is not available to students on immigration visas

What Skills You Need

Ideally, you will be pursuing a STEM-related degree; others may apply
Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university
Graduation date of May 2029 or later
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
Available to work 16-20 hours/week during the academic year
Available to work 35-40 hours/week during the summer semester
Must be able to commute to the work location on scheduled workdays
