PowerSports Finance Manager – GSPS Marine (Gulf Shores, AL)
GSPS Marine, a leading marine and powersports dealership on the Gulf Coast, is seeking a Powersports Finance Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in finalizing deals, securing financing, and ensuring a professional, efficient, and compliant sales process for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and secure financing for customers purchasing boats, motors, trailers, and powersports vehicles.
- Establish and maintain relationships with lenders, banks, and credit unions.
- Prepare, review, and submit all finance and title paperwork accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Present and sell extended service contracts, GAP protection, and other dealer-offered F&I products.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of current lender programs, rates, and dealership incentives.
- Verify all required documentation for funding and maintain proper deal records.
- Uphold dealership standards for customer service and professionalism throughout every transaction.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in finance management within the marine, automotive, RV, or powersports industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of lending practices, credit application processes, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership CRM/DMS systems.
Compensation: Based on experience.
