Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, chats, and emails from students, faculty, and staff seeking assistance with Arenaflex products.
- Provide clear, step‑by‑step guidance to users, walking them through troubleshooting processes and ensuring a positive experience.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to computers, printers, phones, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and update software applications, ensuring that all systems are up‑to‑date and secure.
- Document every interaction in our web‑based ticketing system, maintaining accurate records of problem descriptions, solutions, and follow‑up actions.
- Utilize the knowledge base to find and apply the most effective solutions, and flag any inaccuracies or gaps for escalation.
