Progressive Technology is seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Customer Service Representative (Part-Time) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and patience, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers efficiently.
Document all customer interactions accurately using internal systems.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department in a timely manner.
Meet performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rate.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
