work hours: 10 AM - 6:30 PM

Responsibilities

● Handle routine-to-complex inbound inquiries via phone and email regarding products,
eligibility, orders, and payments.
● Process UPS claims, trace packages, gather documentation, and resolve missing or
damaged shipment issues.
● Educate clients, track customer trends, recommend operational fixes, and escalate
systemic issues.
● Navigate multiple internal software systems simultaneously while maintaining high
service standards.

● Potential Shift Windows:

Monday-Sunday

○ 6:55 AM – 3:25 PM PT / 9:55 AM – 6:25 PM ET

○ 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PT / 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM ET

● Mandatory 2-Week Training:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST / 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST
