Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support by phone, email, or chat (depending on the client program)

Assist customers by answering questions and resolving concerns with patience and professionalism Accurately document customer interactions using client systems Follow client procedures and quality standards Escalate issues appropriately when necessary Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required

Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using computers and learning new software Reliable high-speed internet connection Quiet, distraction-free workspace Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Willingness to complete client-specific certification requirements
