This role is well-suited for a highly motivated, "hungry learner" with a strong scientific foundation and a growth mindset, who is looking to build core field medical capabilities.The RPT-MSL will engage in authentic, peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with RPT Thought Leaders and healthcare professionals, contributing to RayzeBio's scientific presence while developing confidence and effectiveness in external engagement. With appropriate guidance, structure, and coaching, the individual will build foundational competencies in scientific exchange, territory planning, and stakeholder engagement.Through these interactions, the RPT-MSL will begin to generate and communicate valuable insights to inform clinical strategy, evidence generation, and launch readiness. Led by a successful and experienced team, RayzeBio aims to be the global leader in radiopharmaceuticals.Key Responsibilities* Build Scientific Partnerships: Facilitates scientific interactions and partnerships with Thought Leaders and HCPs including the multidisciplinary nuclear medicine team at top RPT institutions* Liaise with institutions to understand clinical and RPT-unique levers and barriers to patient access in the context of clinical trials* Lead high-impact scientific discussions and presentations that challenge conventional thinking and advance the standard of care. Educate on real-world evidence and clinical trial read-outs to key opinion leaders.* Support clinical development: identify and recommend sites for trials, engage with investigators and site staff to educate on the trial and asset and identify barriers to enrollment. Deliver solutions that address the barriers and support enrollment.* Gather Early, Actionable Insights: Conduct insight‐gathering sessions to uncover emerging clinical or diagnostic/imaging needs, treatment paradigms and barriers to optimal patient care. Translate frontline feedback into strategic recommendations* Demonstrates a strong learning orientation with high motivation to grow within a field medical role* Builds foundational competencies in scientific exchange, territory planning, and stakeholder engagement* Engages in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with appropriate preparation and support* Operates effectively within a structured environment, leveraging guidance, tools, and coaching* Shows early ability to develop external relationships while building confidence and presence* Asset Advisory & Launch: Act as a scientific partner to medical and commercial/sales colleagues, guiding medical education and external engagement.* Applies AI to improve team execution and decision‐makingQualifications & Experience* MD, PhD, PharmD (or equivalent) and/or closely related RPT specialty such as nuclear medicine technologist* 2-5+ years of relevant experience in oncology and/or RPT with a minimum of 3 years of field experience with an RPT or solid tumor product* Demonstrated curiosity, coachability, and strong learning agility in a scientific or clinical environment* High level of motivation, resilience, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving field-based role* Proven track record of external engagement with national and global Thought Leaders.* Scientific agility: ability to engage in a peer-to-peer dialog about data in a fair and balanced way.* Expert knowledge of clinical practice and evolving healthcare delivery models. Understands treatment paradigms and can frame information in a convincing way that resonates with physicians* Customer/Commercial Mindset: results-oriented, positive, resilient attitude, able to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment. Demonstrated ability to drive organizational performance. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
