Responsibilities

Build and grow client relationships through proactive outreach
Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
Use CRM tools (Salesforce training provided) to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
Assist in negotiations to help close deals
Learn product features and support basic technical sales conversations
Participate in ongoing training to improve sales techniques, communication, and strategy
Contribute insights and feedback during team meetingsQualifications
No experience required — we provide complete training
Prior exposure to sales, negotiation, or B2B outreach is a plus
Familiarity with marketing or technical sales is helpful
CRM experience (Salesforce) is beneficial but not necessary
