Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our Night Shift team (9 PM – 5 AM). reputed company role is 100% remote, giving you the flexibility to work from wherever you feel most productive. You will play a pivotal role in collecting, validating, and analyzing high‑volume data that informs our content strategy, marketing initiatives, and user experience improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—Content, Marketing, Product, and Engineering—to understand data requirements and deliver timely reputed company.
Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Arenaflex’s flagship platform.
Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence content acquisition and recommendation strategies.
Support the creation of high‑impact reports and presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Champion data quality initiatives, establishing best practices for data governance and documentation.
Stay current with industry trends in data analytics, streaming metrics, and user behavior modeling.
Participate in continuous improvement projects that reputed company data collection processes, reduce manual effort, and increase data reliability.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a similar role within a media or entertainment organization.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Strong understanding of streaming metrics (e.g., watch time, completion rate, churn) and how they drive business decisions.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
Self‑starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
