Role Overview

As a Senior Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline champion for arenaflex’s sophisticated product suite. You will reputed company complex inquiries across multiple channels—phone, email, chat, and social media—delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations while upholding arenaflex’s high standards of quality and compliance. Your expertise will not only resolve issues but also drive continuous improvement, root‑cause analysis, and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced Customer Support: Provide expert assistance for arenaflex’s specialized products and services, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of complex issues.
  • Multichannel Excellence: Manage customer interactions across phone, email, chat, and social media, maintaining a consistent, high‑quality experience.
  • Problem Resolution & Escalation: Act as the escalation point for the most intricate or recurring problems, identifying root causes and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement lasting solutions.
  • CARE Model Delivery: Apply the CARES (Customer‑A‑R‑E‑S) framework—Compassion, Accuracy, Responsiveness, Empathy, and Satisfaction—to every interaction.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build trust with high‑value clients, sometimes interacting directly with senior stakeholders within their organizations.
  • Quality & Compliance: Adhere to arenaflex’s core values and regulatory requirements, including reputed company Series 7 and 63 (or 66) licensing, to ensure all interactions meet industry standards.
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Serve as a role model and mentor for junior team members, providing coaching, training, and feedback to elevate overall team performance.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Accurately record all customer interactions, complete service requests, and contribute to knowledge base updates to reduce customer effort and streamline future support.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with product updates, regulatory changes, and emerging customer service best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive customer service experience in a financial services environment.
  • Active reputed company Series 7 and 63 (or 66) licenses.
  • Proven ability to reputed company complex, high‑impact customer issues with professionalism and composure.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and advanced customer support tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a senior or lead customer service role within a regulated financial institution.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex’s product portfolio, including investment, banking, and wealth‑management solutions.
