Team: Engineering – Platform Consulting

About ElitevoraSys

ElitevoraSys is a modern engineering consultancy focused on building high-performance operational platforms, automation pipelines, and data-driven workflows for clients who need real results - not just software. We partner with organizations to design and deliver systems that streamline dispatch, asset management, field operations, and enterprise integrations. Our work blends clean architecture, practical engineering, and a startup mindset.

We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help expand WorkPro, our flagship operations platform deployed across multiple client environments. You'll work in a small, senior team, own services end-to-end across the stack, and help shape the technical direction of a system used daily by real operational teams.

This role is perfect for an experienced full-stack engineer who enjoys solving complex workflow problems, building reliable APIs, and working across modern and legacy systems.

What You'll Do

Backend & Integrations

  • Build and maintain REST APIs using Java (Spring Boot), Python (Django/FastAPI), .NET (C#/ASP.NET), Golang, or comparable frameworks, powering dispatch, service orders, billing, and asset workflows.

  • Design relational schemas, migrations, and high-performance queries against SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

  • Develop integrations with enterprise platforms (Dynamics 365, Coupa, Trackunit, Power Automate/Logic Apps).

  • Maintain and modernize legacy backend code (Java/J2EE and similar stacks) while delivering new services in whichever language best fits the module.

  • Document APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger and maintain versioned contracts for client teams.

  • Implement workflow automation, asynchronous job processing, audit trails, reporting, and intelligent backend features — including AI-assisted or LLM-backed capabilities where they add value.

  • Ensure API performance, reliability, and security across high-volume operational workloads.

Frontend

  • Contribute to Angular UI components for WorkPro modules as needed.

  • Support role-based UI flows for dispatchers, managers, and field technicians.

  • Help maintain responsive, mobile-friendly interfaces across devices.

Team & Delivery

  • Work with a Product Owner to deliver features in tight, iterative cycles.

  • Collaborate with a Principal Developer on architecture and engineering standards.

  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and production deployments.

  • Own backend features from design through release.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional development experience (backend/API focus).

  • Strong hands-on experience shipping production REST APIs in at least one of: Java (Spring Boot), Python, .NET (C#), or Golang.

  • Solid SQL experience — relational modeling, complex queries, indexing, stored procedures.

  • Practical experience with an ORM (JPA/Hibernate, Entity Framework, SQLAlchemy, GORM, or equivalent) and migration tooling (Flyway, Liquibase, Alembic, or similar).

  • Experience maintaining and refactoring legacy codebases.

  • Experience integrating with enterprise systems (ERP/CRM).

  • Comfort with concurrency, messaging, and asynchronous processing (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar).

  • Testing discipline (JUnit/Mockito, pytest, xUnit/NUnit, Testcontainers, or equivalent depending on stack).

  • Basic working knowledge of Angular + TypeScript for occasional frontend contributions.

  • Good proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and workflows (e.g., Copilot, Claude, LLM-backed automation) is a strong plus.

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, agile consulting environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Automate, or Logic Apps.

  • SQL performance tuning and query optimization.

  • Experience with Azure (App Service, Functions, Service Bus), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

  • Build and quality tooling: Maven/Gradle, pip/poetry, NuGet, Go modules, SonarQube, static analysis.

  • Deeper experience with AI-assisted development or LLM-backed workflows (prompt engineering, RAG, agentic tooling).

  • Background in operational, dispatch, or field-service software.

  • Polyglot experience across two or more of Java, Python, .NET, and Golang.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave

  • FSA/HSA options

  • BYOD reimbursement

Common Interview Questions And Answers

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? 2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?
