Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager/ Strategist # 26-17522

Duration: 6 Months contract

Job Summary:

  • Company is looking for a Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager/ Strategist (Contractor) to join the company’s Performance Marketing Lifecycle team and help build and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive customer expansion, demand generation, and revenue growth across Company's portfolio.
  • You'll play a strategic and hands-on role shaping lifecycle and demand generation programs already in motion, while helping the team maintain continuity across high-priority work. This role is ideal for someone who can ramp quickly, work independently, and confidently partner across functions to keep programs moving and improving.
  • You'll work closely with product marketing, data science, audience strategy, paid media, operations, and sales teams — giving you exposure to how a world-class growth engine operates, while owning meaningful campaign strategy and execution from day one.

Years of experience required: 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, campaign strategy, demand generation, or a closely related B2B growth marketing role:
  • They should be familiar with CRM/Salesforce (SFDC), and the concepts of lead routing and scoring, campaign attribution and pipeline reporting.
  • They should be familiar with launching campaigns across multiple channels, e.g. email, paid, content syndication, in-product messaging, events etc.
  • Some familiarity with audience/data platforms - we use ActionIQ, but they should at least be familiar with similar CDPs for segmentation and audience building.
  • They should be comfortable with analytics and reporting to build out monthly/quarterly business reviews.
  • They should be familiar with experimentation design, e.g. setting hypotheses, structuring different kinds of tests, and interpreting results with Data Science.
  • Experience with campaign management required.
 Top skills:
  • building strong relationships with XFN stakeholders.
  • strong attention to detail.
  • Continuity - this role includes maintaining momentum on in-flight programs. This requires someone who can pick up existing work with respect for what came before, not someone who needs to "make it their own" from Day 1.
  • Self-direction/fast ramp - they should be able to work independently and take initiative with quick onboarding.
  • Context-switching at speed - they will be managing multiple programs, channels and budgets simultaneously, so they will need to be able to context-switch quickly.
  • Influence without ego - they will be partnering with a campaign manager on execution while retaining strategic ownership (knowing when to lead vs. enable).
You might love this role if you:
  • Bring a customer-centric lens to lifecycle and demand generation strategy – shaping audience segmentation, messaging architecture, timing, and channel orchestration to deliver cohesive experiences that drive measurable performance and revenue outcomes.
  • Thrive as the strategic lead for your programs – setting direction, aligning cross-functional partners, and partnering with a campaign manager to drive execution while maintaining ownership of outcomes.
  • Love data and insights and partnering closely with the Data Science team on the experimentation roadmap and analysis, analyzing funnel performance, and translating learnings into stronger campaign strategy.
  • Enjoy turning performance data into clear program-level insights, MBRs, presentations, and stakeholder-ready narratives that connect campaign learnings to business impact.
  • Have a growth mindset and are eager to solve the problem at hand, apply the solution systematically to scale, and influence stakeholders.
 Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, campaign strategy, demand generation, or a closely related B2B growth marketing role
  • Proven track record of building successful lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive customer growth, expansion, pipeline, or revenue outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders, aligning priorities to drive program outcomes.
  • Solid experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, SFMC, HubSpot, SFDC)
  • Solid experience with campaign management across channels (e.g. Email, Paid Advertising, Content Syndication, In-Product Messaging, Webinar, Events etc.).
  • Able to navigate nuanced audience segments, partner with audience-building teams to clarify targeting, and carry learnings into future campaigns.
  • Comfortable working with data to inform decisions — we are looking for someone who is able to set hypotheses to inform campaign design, draw conclusions and insights from the latest performance trends, and recommend clear next steps.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage programs, multiple channels, budgets, and stakeholders simultaneously.
 Note:
  • This is a domain specific job, So we need only people from B2B SaaS companies.
