Staff Account Manager, Partner Development
<strong>Overview<br><br></strong>As a Staff Partner Development Sales Manager on our National Accounts team, you will be a strategic partner to our top accounting firms, helping them navigate the digital age of acceleration. You will move beyond transactional "attaching"of services to a holistic platform experience, becoming a trusted advisor who helps our partners unlock new levels of efficiency, generate more revenue, and achieve superior results for their clients.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy for an assigned territory of large US Accounting and Tax firms and their clients through adoption of Intuit's Technology Platform Solution(s)<br><br><ul><li>Engage accounting firms to gain an understanding of their business needs and their clients, and prepare, present and implement formal proposal recommendations for the solution tech stack for their business</li><li>Make outbound calls to actively prospect new leads and engage firms to generate new business opportunities</li><li>Utilize executive presentation skills and ROI analysis to demonstrate the value propositions of the Intuit’s Technology Platform Solution, and articulate Intuit's strategies and products in comparison to key competitors</li><li>Identify, navigate and collaborate with key stakeholders within the prospective firms to influence the buying process and accelerate sales</li><li>Maintain a high level of knowledge of Intuit's products and competitor offerings</li><li>Grow and manage a sales pipeline and maintain a sustainable sales cycle to achieve quarterly sales revenue targets</li><li>Navigate complex selling processes while building strong relationships with key partners</li><li>Track key metrics of success, including quota attainment, pipeline velocity, sales cycle duration, close rates, and account growth<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of five years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the accounting or financial services industry</li><li>Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies for mid-to-large size accounts</li><li>Knowledge of digital technologies and software solutions for small businesses, including accounting solutions like QuickBooks Online</li><li>Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with demanding goals</li><li>Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams internally and externally</li><li>Occasional travel may be required.
