Position: STEM Expert, German (Germany) - AI Training
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19
Commitment: 21 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Develop workspaces and files to support AI agent training on professional tasks.
Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on real STEM work in Germany.
Evaluate AI model performance to ensure task realism and accuracy.
Collaborate with AI research teams to refine training processes and outputs.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve model outcomes.

Qualifications

Must-Have

5+ years as a scientist or engineer in research or industry.
Native or fluent in German.
Degree from a top-20 university in Germany.
Comfortable with quantitative analysis, technical documentation, and engineering problem solving.

Start Date
