Table Game Event Dealer
We are seeking energetic Event Dealers to join our team. As a Event Dealer, you will be responsible for operating table games and ensuring an enjoyable gaming experience for our guests.
No experience needed, because we TRAIN ALL dealers to our standards.
Duties: (We utilize fake money for events)
- Conducting table games such as blackjack, poker, roulette, and craps (We Train You)
- Operating gaming equipment and ensuring game rules are followed
- Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling cash transactions and providing accurate payouts
- Monitoring players for any signs of cheating or suspicious activity
- Maintaining a clean and organized gaming area
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of BASIC MATH for calculating odds and payouts
- Exceptional customer service skills to engage with guests effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with players and colleagues
- Ability to manage conflicts and handle difficult situations calmly
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Prior experience in guest services is a plus
