Job Description:

Promote Pfizer’s Vaccines Portfolio across customers and channels
Conduct regular live, face-to-face customer engagement and virtual engagements
Launch new products and determine strategies for managing business relationships
Understand and secure formulary access
Conduct product promotion within the assigned geography
Drive sales in the assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives
Develop and implement business and territory call plans and live/virtual engagement strategies
Build and maintain customer relationships in live and virtual environments
Use digital and virtual tools and internal reports and analytics to identify strategic business opportunities
Leverage approved disease-state information and patient resources compliantly
Analyze market barriers and drivers across Public Health, Private Market, Retail, and other relevant channels
Collaborate compliantly with Field Medical, Account Management, and other cross-functional colleagues
Complete administrative responsibilities, including customer call entries, expense submissions, and responses to internal requests

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in qualifying professional sales, entrepreneurial, marketing, customer service, account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, educator, or full-time military experience; OR an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience
Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory
Valid US driver’s license and driving record compliant with company standards
Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies hiring
Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
Permanent work authorization in the United States required
At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical-related marketing preferred
Prior vaccines experience strongly preferred
Strong track record of sales or marketing success
Strong territory management skills
Experience with Vaccines therapeutic area and products preferred
Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets preferred
Reside within the territory boundaries preferred
