This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in customer service environments. Multilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively serve diverse populations and reputed company customer service-related inquiries.
