As a Virtual Technical Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Amazon devices, providing exceptional support and resolving technical issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for Amazon devices, including Echo, Fire TV, Kindle, and other smart devices.
Troubleshoot device issues, software concerns, and connectivity problems via phone, email, or chat.
Educate customers on device functionality, setup, and troubleshooting best practices.
Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in Amazon’s systems accurately.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate complex problems when necessary.

Stay updated on product releases, updates, and technical solutions to provide accurate guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
