Warehouse Lead
<strong>Overview<br><br></strong>Serve as a frontline warehouse leader coordinating daily activities across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping; ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently to support productivity, inventory accuracy, and exceptional customer service; collaborate closely with warehouse associates and leadership (e.g., GM) to drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement in the logistics/supply chain network.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>1. Coordinate daily warehouse activities across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping to support productivity and customer service goals.</li><li>2. Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to warehouse associates while promoting teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence.</li><li>3. Monitor workflow, productivity, and inventory accuracy using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse technology, escalating issues as needed to leadership.</li><li>4. Verify completed work, ensure compliance with company procedures, and maintain high standards for quality, safety, and inventory accuracy.</li><li>6. Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and team performance while partnering with GM to implement process improvements.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Requirements:<br><br></strong><ul><li>1. High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>2. 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or fulfillment experience, including previous experience serving as a lead, trainer, or senior warehouse associate.</li><li>3. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and warehouse technology to manage workflow and inventory accuracy.</li><li>4. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.</li><li>5. Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, safety practices, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Requirements:<br><br></strong><ul><li>1.
