This is a direct-hire opportunity supporting a specialized manufacturing facility that produces high-quality protein products. <h3>Position Details</h3> <ul> <li> Location: Burlington, NJ <li> Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time <li> Shift: 7:00am-3:30PM Mon-Fri OT possible <li> Pay: $25-30 <li> Department: Warehouse / Operations </ul> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> As a Warehouse Lead, you’ll help keep warehouse operations running smoothly while ensuring materials and inventory are accurately received, tracked, stored, and shipped. Your responsibilities will include: <ul> <li> Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory control, material movement, and shipping. <li> Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and inventory records. <li> Use ERP and warehouse management systems to process inventory transactions, transfers, and adjustments. <li> Operate RF scanners and computerized inventory systems to maintain accurate, real-time inventory records. <li> Pick, stage, and distribute raw materials and packaging supplies to production teams. <li> Coordinate material movements to support manufacturing schedules and production requirements. <li> Perform cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation. <li> Identify and report inventory discrepancies, material shortages, and damaged products. <li> Prepare finished goods for shipment, including labeling, documentation, and system updates. <li> Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation. <li> Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. <li> Follow established GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality procedures. <li> Work closely with production, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve issues and maintain efficient operations. <li> Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. </ul> <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3> <ul> <li> 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, material handling, or manufacturing experience. <li> Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, or similar platforms. <li> Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software. <li> Hands-on experience with RF scanners, barcode systems, and electronic inventory tracking. <li> Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory transactions, and warehouse documentation. <li> Ability to read and understand purchase orders, packing slips, shipping documents, inventory reports, and production schedules. <li> Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering and managing inventory data. <li> Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. <li> Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. <li> High school diploma or GED required. <li> Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties. </ul> <h3>Additional Experience That Will Set You Apart</h3> <ul> <li> Previous Warehouse Lead or Team Lead experience. <li> Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification. <li> Experience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution. <li> Background in food manufacturing, protein processing, agricultural products, or dry ingredient manufacturing. <li> Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations. <li> Strong experience working within complex ERP or warehouse management systems. </ul> <h3>Ready for Your Next Opportunity?</h3> If you’re an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys working with technology, managing inventory accuracy, and keeping manufacturing operations running efficiently, we want to hear from you!
