We are looking for a Top Rated, Intermediate-to-Expert Local Digital Marketer to manage a comprehensive growth strategy for a plumbing service business based in Northern California (Livermore/East Bay Area).

CRITICAL NOTE: Our website is built on WordPress. We are NOT an e-commerce brand. Please do not apply if your primary experience is on Shopify. We need a specialist who understands local service business marketing, directory management, and WordPress optimization tools (e.g., RankMath/Yoast).

Scope of Work:

1. Long-Tail Keyword Strategy: Research high-intent local keywords and specific long-tail search terms (e.g., "emergency water heater replacement in Livermore") targeting our service area.

2. AI-Assisted Content Backlog: Build a content calendar and use ChatGPT to efficiently draft localized website articles and service pages.

3. Human-Touch Editing: You MUST heavily hand-edit all ChatGPT outputs to remove robotic phrasing, ensure perfect native English, and maintain absolute technical accuracy for a licensed trade.

4. Social Media Posting: Repurpose our SEO content backlog into engaging weekly posts for Facebook, Instagram, and Nextdoor to drive local calls.

5. Directory Cleanup: Conduct a local citation audit to ensure our Name, Address, and Phone Number (NAP) are 100% accurate and consistent across Google Business Profile, Yelp, and Apple Maps.

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing WordPress websites and Local SEO.

- Experience building AI prompt workflows (ChatGPT) with strong human copyediting skills.

- Native or Bilingual English proficiency.
