About the Role
Help create a positive dining experience as a Customer Service Associate. You will welcome guests, assist with orders, and support the team in keeping restaurant operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include taking drive-thru orders, assembling meals, delivering food, and keeping shared spaces clean.
Shifts are available during opening, midday, and closing hours. This role offers an active workday and regular opportunities to collaborate with teammates.
Experience and Training
No previous restaurant experience is needed. Full training is provided to help you learn the role and get started confidently.
Applicants with backgrounds in customer service, retail, cashiering, restaurant service, kitchen assistance, cooking, food preparation, drive-thru service, or related positions are welcome.
Pay and Development
Starting Pay: $15.00
Team members receive competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities to strengthen their skills.
You may earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour during your first year through further training, certifications, and successful performance evaluations.

Customer Service and Restaurant Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide prompt, friendly assistance
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Assemble meals and bring food to customers
- Maintain clean dining areas and shared spaces
- Observe food safety and handling requirements
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts
- Coordinate with coworkers to keep service efficient
- Manage multiple duties throughout the shift
Physical Requirements
- Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Kneel, bend, twist, and stoop as needed
- Use stairs
- Reach above and below waist level
Additional Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Work effectively in a fast-paced setting, including during demanding periods
- Take initiative when carrying out responsibilities
