Enterprise Account Manager

monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.

About The Role

We're looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our expanding Enterprise team. In this role, you'll own a book of enterprise accounts with full accountability for expansion, retention, and deepening monday.com's strategic footprint across each organization. In this role, you're not just managing accounts, you're growing them.

  • Own a named portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end: retention, expansion, and executive relationship management

  • Drive net revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell by identifying whitespace across business units, departments, and use cases

  • Develop and execute account plans that align monday.com's platform capabilities to each customer's strategic priorities and measurable ROI

  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across economic buyers, champions, and executive stakeholders

  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and value realization — with clear commercial handoffs

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for relationship and commercial issues within your accounts

  • Consult with customer leaders on internal processes and challenge the status quo to drive organizational change and platform adoption

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS account management experience with a focus on enterprise accounts

  • Demonstrated track record of owning and growing a named book of business through expansion and renewal

  • Ability to run a full commercial cycle - from identifying expansion signals to multi-stakeholder negotiation and close

  • Strong executive presence with the credibility to engage and influence C-suite and VP-level buyers

  • Consultative approach: you diagnose before you prescribe, and you lead with business outcomes

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

  • High energy, high ownership, low ego

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience

What monday.com can offer you:

  • Join a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are how we actually operate - not just things we put on a wall

  • Work on a multi-product suite powered by advanced AI, where what you ship reaches hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide

  • Competitive salary, benefits, bonus potential, and equity eligibility for many roles — we believe people should share in our success

  • Grow fast through a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons - the industry moves quick and so do we

  • A collaborative, global culture backed by Employee Resource Groups and workplace teams across New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more

Visa sponsorship for this role is currently not available. monday.com is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We hire talented individuals, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, ancestry, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, military or veteran status, cultural background, religious beliefs, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.

The compensation for this role is structured as approximately 60% base salary and 40% variable on-target earnings (OTE). The base salary range for this position is: $121,200–$192,000, with OTE potential of $202,000–$320,000. OTE earnings are tied to individual performance pursuant to company policy. In addition, this role is eligible for accelerators and may also include equity in the form of RSUs. monday.com offers a competitive benefits package, including comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, generous paid time off (vacation, holidays, personal leave and sick leave), fully paid parental leave, automatic 401(k) contributions, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount (ESPP), and more. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with no set deadline.
