Entry Level Financial Educator – Remote

We are expanding our team and looking for former or current educators who want to bring their teaching skills into financial services. If you've spent your career helping others understand complex material, break down concepts, and build trust one conversation at a time, this role lets you apply those same skills to helping individuals and families with budgeting, retirement planning, and income protection.

This is an entry-level opportunity, no financial background required. We provide training and licensing support so you can build your own client base while continuing to do what you do best: educate.

Why Educators Thrive Here
Teachers are naturally skilled at explaining difficult concepts clearly, building rapport with students and parents, and managing their own time and priorities. All of which translate directly to helping clients understand and act on financial strategies. Many of our most successful team members came from the classroom.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one or small group educational sessions (virtual and/or in-person)
  • Explain financial concepts in a clear, structured, and relatable way
  • Help clients understand and implement basic financial strategies
  • Build and manage a client base through consistent follow-up and service
  • Complete required training, licensing, and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain professional standards and compliance with industry guidelines

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (teaching, tutoring, or training experience a plus)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible schedule
  • Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to obtain required state financial licenses (training provided)

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is commission-based and tied to individual production

  • Earnings vary based on effort, experience, and client activity; most part-time agents report monthly income in the range of approximately $1,500–$5,000, though individual results are varied.

Work Schedule & Location

  • Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time)
  • Remote work available, with optional local client meetings

What We Offer

  • Flexible, self-directed schedule
  • Training and support, including help with required licensing
  • Ongoing professional development
  • Opportunity to build a long-term client base

Additional Information

  • This role requires completion of state licensing requirements before working with clients
  • This is an independent contractor (non-employee) position
  • Candidates should be comfortable in a 100% commission, performance-based environment
