Licensed or Aspiring Life Insurance Agent (Connecticut Only)

Whether you're already licensed or completely new to the insurance industry, we provide the training, mentorship, and support needed to help you succeed.

Unlike large agencies where you're just another number, we're intentionally building a close-knit Connecticut team with the long-term goal of opening a local office and creating an environment where agents can learn, collaborate, and grow together.

What You'll Do

Meet with clients virtually and in person (when applicable)
Help families choose life insurance solutions that fit their needs
Follow up with prospective clients
Build long-term relationships through excellent customer service
Attend team training and coaching sessions
Continue developing your sales and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Connecticut Life & Health Insurance License (preferred but not required)
Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
Strong communication skills
Reliable internet and computer access

Compensation This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Income varies based on production and effort.
