Job Overview

As an Evening Remote Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first line of communication for our global user base. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely, accurate, and friendly support via email, live chat, and phone during the evening shift (5 PM – 10 PM EST). You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving retention, and contributing to the overall success of arenaflex’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries from customers worldwide in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner across multiple channels (email, chat, phone).
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical or account‑related issues promptly, using arenaflex’s knowledge base, troubleshooting guides, and collaboration tools.
  • Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions, solutions, and follow‑up actions in arenaflex’s CRM system to maintain a single source of truth.
  • Escalation Management: Identify complex or high‑priority tickets and elevate them to the appropriate specialist teams while keeping the customer informed.
  • Process Improvement: Provide feedback on recurring issues, suggest enhancements to support workflows, and participate in cross‑functional initiatives to elevate the customer experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to share insights, resolve bugs, and align on customer needs.
