Stoned Genie is an established online smoke shop specializing in affordable glass products, accessories, mystery boxes, and unique gift items. We are expanding our live-selling channel on Whatnot and are looking for an energetic, dependable person to help host live shows and grow the channel.Job OverviewWe are hiring a confident and outgoing Live Sales Host / E-Commerce Associate to host live shopping shows on Whatnot from our Riverside warehouse.The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking on camera, interacting with customers, presenting products, and maintaining a fun, fast-paced atmosphere. Previous live-selling experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.This is a good opportunity for someone interested in social media, livestreaming, e-commerce, sales, content creation, or building an on-camera presence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Host approximately four Whatnot live-selling shows per week</li><li>Present and demonstrate products clearly and enthusiastically</li><li>Engage with viewers and respond to questions during livestreams</li><li>Run auctions, fixed-price listings, giveaways, bundles, and mystery-box promotions</li><li>Maintain a positive, entertaining, and professional on-camera presence</li><li>Learn product details, pricing, and selling points</li><li>Prepare and organize products before each show</li><li>Help clean and reset the livestream area after shows</li><li>Create and organize listings for upcoming shows</li><li>Assist with basic product photography and short-form video content</li><li>Help identify successful products, show formats, and promotions</li><li>Follow company policies and Whatnot platform guidelines</li><li>Track basic results, including sales, viewers, followers, and products sold</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Comfortable speaking and presenting on camera</li><li>Friendly, energetic, and able to hold viewers’ attention</li><li>Dependable and able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule</li><li>Strong communication and customer-service skills</li><li>Comfortable learning about a variety of products</li><li>Organized and able to work independently</li><li>Basic familiarity with smartphones, social media, and livestreaming</li><li>Able to stand for extended periods and handle products during shows</li><li>Previous experience in retail, sales, content creation, livestreaming, or social media is preferred but not required</li></ul>ScheduleThe position will initially include approximately four shows per week.
